Meet Tara
Founder & Lead Coach
Neurodiversity advocate. Compassionate challenger.
For years, I worked with professionals—particularly women—helping them navigate career transitions, overcome workplace challenges, and step into their full potential. I loved the work. But I kept noticing a pattern.
Kindly Wired was born from that insight.

My Background
Career Development & Coaching
I've spent years supporting professionals—especially women—through career transitions, workplace challenges, and leadership development. I understand the complexities of navigating workplace dynamics, advocating for yourself, and building a career that feels fulfilling.
Why "Kindly Wired"?
The name reflects everything I believe about this work.
Kindly: Because neurodivergent people have often been told they're "too much" or "not enough." They've been criticised, misunderstood, and made to feel like they need to change who they are. My approach is rooted in compassion, acceptance, and the belief that you are not broken.
Wired: Because your brain is wired differently—and that's not a flaw. It's a feature. My job isn't to rewire you. It's to help you understand your wiring and build systems, strategies, and environments that work with it.
Kindly Wired: You are wired differently, and you deserve to be supported kindly.
